The day trip lasts 7 hours. Departure is from the nearest harbour to where you are staying, at about 9:00/10:00 am. We will take you on a lovely private boat tour along the Sorrento Coast.
The itinerary includes a boat trip along the entire Sorrento Peninsula with its magnificent views, including the most famous locations: Capo di Sorrento and the Regina Giovanna beaches, Marina di Puolo, the coast of Massa Lubrense with its Saracen towers and Terra delle Sirene, the Scoglio del Vervece rock and Punta Campanella with the Island of Capri on the horizon.
Don’t miss a visit to the city of Sorrento, with its characteristic Mediterranean flora and its superb position on a volcanic tuff terrace, at a height of 47 meters above sea level.
Gardens and citrus groves, the origin of the local speciality Sorrento limoncello, lead into the charming historic centre of Ancient Roman origin, its main square built to celebrate the writer Torquato Tasso, and its renowned beaches, with the ancient village of Marina Grande.

Explore the Sorrento Peninsula with a boat trip
The Sorrento Peninsula is a stretch of land protruding into the Tyrrhenian Sea, enclosed by two coastlines: the one facing North towards the Gulf of Naples is the Sorrento Coast, while the one facing South towards the Gulf of Salerno joins the Amalfi Coast.
The peninsula is dominated by the Monti Lattari, a mountain chain that stretches towards the sea right down to Punta Campanella, opposite which is the Isle of Capri. At one time the island was continuous with the coast and, as can be seen from its current conformation, Capri seems to be connected to the Sorrento Peninsula by an imaginary extension. The most famous tourist destination, and the location that offers the largest number of tourist resources in the entire peninsula, is Sorrento.
