The day trip lasts 7 hours. Departure is from the nearest harbour to where you are staying, at about 9:00/10:00 am. We’ll take you on an exciting private boat tour around the islands of Ischia and Procida.
You will get magnificent views, including the Gulf of Naples with Vesuvius looming over the city, Procida – appointed as Italian Capital of Culture 2022, a delightful fishing island with a timeless and typically Mediterranean atmosphere, the medieval centre of Terra Murata with the imposing Palazzo D’Avalos, the colourful fishing village of Corricella, and the small Vivara nature reserve, located on the island of the same name and connected to Procida by a small bridge.
Bathed in the crystal clear waters of the Gulf of Naples, the tour goes on to Ischia, known as the Green Island or the Island of Youth, famous for its wealth of thermal springs and the beauty of its heavenly beaches. You can admire the breath-taking Aragonese Castle directly from the sea or hop off at the port to visit it on a walking tour.
Stop for a swim in the quieter areas and disembark for a delicious lunch in one of the island’s characteristic restaurants. Among our range of optional services, you can also ask to have a native English-speaking guide aboard.
