Boat trips to Naples
Gulf of Naples
The Gulf of Naples is an inlet that extends for many kilometers and which includes all the territory ranging from Monte di Procida to Punta Campanella. Between these two points therefore we find the Gulf of Pozzuoli, all the provinces of Naples and the shoreline of Mount Vesuvius, the Sorrento Coastline and the island of Capri, Ischia and Procida. Needless to say, we are talking about a super active coastal strip that has several tourist and commercial marinas. The overall scenario has a unique protagonist which is the magnificent profile of Mount Vesuvius, followed by the south Lattari mountains and Mount Epomeo on the island of Ischia. Aside from the three islands, the Gulf of Naples includes numerous other islets that are a large part of Campania.
The city of Naples gives its name to this immense and wonderful gulf, and it is at sea where we find the most characteristic monuments and its enviable waterfront. The islands of Ischia and Procida have the same radiance: the first is a real center of well-being due to the presence of its famous thermal waters and the second, with its unique architecture and its colorful houses overlooking the Marina Grande, looks like a postcard portrait.
